Speaking

I understand the challenge of finding just the right speaker. In my role as Director at the Northwest Ministry Network and as the President of the GIVE GOOD Awards Foundation, I am responsible for events that range from small corporate training sessions to large, multi-day conferences, in both casual and formal environments.

When I began to plan events, I quickly realized that its success came down to the speakers ability to connect with the audience. If they made a connection with the person’s season of life, business struggles or identified the attendees felt needs, we had a great event. If they didn’t, well … we received a lot of “constructive criticism”.

Like you, I found myself spending hours researching speakers, to make sure we had just the right fit. My hope is that this page will make it easy for you to get the information you need to make the best decision possible.

Thanks for stopping by. Thanks also for considering me. I am honored.

What You Can Expect

Here’s what you can expect from me:

  1. Prompt, professional replies to your phone calls and email messages.
  2. A personal phone consultation prior to your event, so we can better understand how I can best serve you and your audience. One of the things I love the most about speaking is getting to know your audience. If you desire, (and my schedule allows), I would be happy to join one of your event planning meetings to assure my message is in sync with your expectations. This is important to me.
  3. An announcement about your event on my blog and social media channels. (This assumes that your event is open to the public and you want additional visibility for it.)
  4. A professionally prepared, dynamically delivered presentation focused on achieving the outcomes you want with your audience.
  5. A follow-up communication after the event, to make sure I met your expectations. (I also want to know how you think I can improve.)

My Most Requested Topics

I speak on topics related to leadership, team building, purpose and identity, women in leadership, and life-work balance . I believe that people change through learning, dialogue, and action. Every organization is unique and I rise to the challenge to develop a speech or curriculum in which every person feels they are a valued participant. My goal as a speaker is to know so much about your organization, I am able to customize my presentation to meet your group’s specific needs with the outcome you want to create.

My most requested topics include the following. These can be presented in both workshop or conference style.

Pivot Your Thinking…Change Your Life
As leaders we all want to know the secret behind a life of influence and legacy. If there was a copy and paste button on human leadership characteristics we would have already used it. If there were 10 steps to becoming a leader of influence and legacy we would be sure to follow them. But there isn’t a copy and paste button and there is not a 10 step program to becoming a leader of influence and legacy. Leading with influence requires a leader to have the courage to make changes that have extraordinary impact. True leaders of influence and legacy learn how to pivot their thinking and change their lives!

StrengthsFinder
Did you know that people who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged on the job? Teams that focus on their strengths are 12.5% more productive (Gallup, 2014).

Using Gallup’s strengths solutions in a team or one-on-one coaching environment, individuals learn the values of their personal strengths and become more engaged, more productive, and happier team members.

The Art of Inaccessibility
You were made for greatness! But balancing the demands of leading in the ever changing fast-paced global marketplace can deplete the most seasoned leader of vision and the will to move forward. Learning the art of inaccessibility will transform the way you live and the way you lead.

Story Teller
Everyone has a story to tell. Story Teller is designed to show how your story can change the world. Would you believe that your own story was meant to be shared with the world – a story penned with purpose, adversity, adventure, and hope. Your story is more than a timeline, it is a mirror for others to recognize they are not alone, a place to break the silence of tough issues, and a way to encourage people to take action on their dreams and calling.

UnStuck
Have you heard of the Gap Theory? The “gap” is the space between where you are now and where you want to be. Often, people find themselves stuck – professionally, emotionally, physically, or relationally. UnStuck breaks apart the things that are holding you back in your calendar, thinking, or circumstances and jump starts you in the goal of achieving your dreams.

SHE LEADS – HER VOICE
There is nothing that excites me more than to see people realize their God-given destiny. Every person is born with a spark that burns deep in their soul just waiting to be ignited. SHE LEADS – HER VOICE is designed to develop women in leadership and speaking through professional advocacy, mentorships, conferences, and resources.

What Others are Saying

Angela’s testimony about her traumatic brain injury was both timely and helpful for our congregation. She did a great job communicating to the entire audience, both on the stage, and one-on-one following our gatherings. Angela is living proof that God still works in the miraculous.  John Taylor ~ICA SurabayaSpeaking Picture

It was a privilege to host Angela Craig as a keynote speaker at the MADE OVER Women’s conference in Indonesia, with over 500 women in attendance. Whether she is mentoring women in a smaller setting or speaking to a crowd, Angela leads with a servant’s heart and motivates others toward greatness. At the conference, Angela’s Spirit-led creativity, both planned and spur of the moment, provided women with a variety of ways to encounter the presence of Jesus. Weeks following the conference, women are still talking about Angela’s message and the way that it has changed their lives.  Korie Taylor ~ ICA Surabaya

Angela has a HUGE heart for women to experience their full potential in Christ! So that made her the perfect speaker for our ladies’ retreat. She inspired, encouraged and challenged our women. They are still talking about it!
